Returns & Exchanges

The MCA Chicago Store wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send the package back to the MCA Chicago Store using a traceable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
